Dan Chapman, Connie Parker and John Clary worked together in the salon at Miller and Rhodes. Each made the decision not to go down with the ship (Miller and Rhodes), and stepped out on faith and formed a partnership to open their salon. The partners opened their salon, Blades, at a leased location 7427 West Broad Street. Many of their customers from Miller and Rhodes followed them to their salon. In 1997, the salon moved to its present location at The Shops at Willow Lawn. Blades Day Spa carries on the tradition of the Miller & Rhodes store of totally servicing the customer. The concept of totally servicing the customer lives on at Blades Day Spa. The day spa packages illustrate that Blade Day Spa offers more than just the traditional services. Blades Day Spa offers the traditional services of a salon including haircuts, color services, extensions, manicures and pedicures. We also offer facials, massages, body wraps and treatments, soothing baths in our Day Spa. Cutting edge medical spa services have recently been added. We are open seven days a week to serve you, come treat your self to a day of indulgence or buy a gift certificate for that special someone. |
